Jacky Mak, manager graduated from Melbourne University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, and he is a member of CPA Australia. Jacky and his team work closely with the principal on audit and assurance assignments for private and listed companies. Jacky can gather all expertise and assistance inside and outside the practice to manage assurance engagements to ensure effective outcome is delivered to clients and compliance with Australian Auditing Standards and Accounting Standards.
Jacky was a corporate accountant and assistant company secretary of an ASX listed company prior to joining SKD Partner in 2010. Jacky has updated knowledge of governance and statutory requirements through our professional membership with Chartered Secretaries of Australia (CSA). CSA is the leading professional body in governance and risk management.
